post<\/a>).<\/p>\n\u201cLev 2019\u201d LLC has planned arranging-exploiting a workshop for the production of cement by grinding clinker, gypsum, and additives. The mentioned enterprise is located on the land, which is owned by \u201cTeimuraz Jangulashvili and the Company\u201d LLC.<\/p>\n
In 2021, an environmental decision on cement production has been issued on the \u201cTeimuraz Jangulashvili and the Company\u201d LLC. But, on July 18 of 2022, the mentioned decision was handed over to the \u201cLev 2019\u201d LLC.<\/p>\n
In the enterprise, 300, 400, and 500 brands of cement are produced by grinding clinker, gypsum, and additives. In the enterprise, it is planned to produce 79200 tons of cement, in a year.<\/p>\n
On the territory of the enterprise, it is planned to be installed a new 17t\/h productivity separation mill, as a result of its operation 112200 tons of cement will be produced, additionally.<\/p>\n
As a result, after changing the exploiting conditions, in total, 191400 tons of cement of different types will be produced in both mills of the enterprise, for which 153120 tons of clinker, 9570 tons of gypsum, and 28710 tons of gravel will be required.<\/p>\n
Moreover, after the change of exploitation conditions, there will be added 4 more silos to the existing 6, the capacity of which will be 120 tons. So, after the change, there will be 10 siloses and their total capacity will be 1200 tons.<\/p>\n
On the existing 6 siloses, the installation of a purification system \u2013 sleeved filters was envisaged for each, but they got connected with pipes, and one cleaning system \u2013 sleeved filter was installed on them, which serves 6 siloses at the same time, in which cement is received in an alternating mode.<\/p>\n
Also, a common sleeved filter was installed on 4 newly set up siloses at the enterprise, which will serve all 4 of them, and will be connected by a pipe, and they will receive cement in an alternative mode as well.<\/p>\n
Some questions and comments were asked at the public deliberation from us and from \u201cMother\u2019s Space\u201d, too. Among them, we voiced one of our wishes and initiatives to the representative of the National Environmental Agency, that after the introduction\/operation of the self-monitoring network, it is desirable for the Ministry to re-develop the cumulative dispersion coefficient, which was previously calculated based on the reporting method. Using the mentioned ratio, enterprises define the cumulative impact based on outdated data. Therefore, its recalculation is important to get a more valid picture of the cumulative impact.<\/p>\n
In addition, we clarified the details regarding the self-monitoring system and, as the representatives of the enterprise confirmed, a self-monitoring tool is installed on the existing enterprise and is registered in the unified electronic database of the Ministry. It is also planned to install the tool at the new enterprise.<\/p>\n
In addition, we welcome the fact that a new practice has been introduced and the public deliberation, of the scoping report of the mentioned enterprise, will be held in the village of Tazakendi, too. The closest distance from the project area to the mentioned settlement is about 195 meters, therefore, it is important to involve the population of this village in similar processes and consider their opinions, too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3687,"template":"","yoast_head":"\n

Today, on April 3, in the Rustavi City Hall, we attended the public deliberation of the scoping report on the change in the operating conditions of the cement enterprise of “Lev 2019” LLC.<\/p>\n
