\"\"Today, on May 11th<\/sup>, a public deliberation of the scoping report on the project to change the operating conditions of the cement enterprise of “Mshenebeli 2004” LLC was held in the City Hall of Rustavi.<\/p>\n

Besides the civil movement \u201cGavigudet\u201d, deliberation was attended by representatives of the enterprise, a consulting company, the National Environmental Agency, Rustavi City Hall and the City Council.<\/p>\n

Information about the deliberation was reported to the public by our organization in advance (see the post<\/a>).<\/p>\n

“Mshenebeli 2004” LLC plans to increase productivity. For this purpose, the 8 t\/h capacity mill was added in 2022 to the existing 3 t\/h capacity mill. After putting the 8 ton\/hour ball mill into operation, the enterprise plans to operate them together.<\/p>\n

Along with the mentioned change, two silos were added to the existing five cement silos, after which their number became 7.<\/p>\n

For an 8 t\/h mill, the annual amount of products produced by the enterprise is 17,600 tons; And for a 3 t\/h mill \u2013 18,000 tons.<\/p>\n

It has become clear at the deliberation that both mills are stopped at this stage. The 3 t\/h mill is amortized and, as the representative of the company mentioned, after receiving the relevant environmental permit, if financial resources are available, the mentioned mill will be repaired and put into operation.<\/p>\n

As for the 8 t\/h mill, it is already installed in the enterprise, but it will be activated after the decision is made.
