\"\"On September 29, according to the plan<\/a>-schedule provided by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, “LLC RUSALLOYS” planned to start operating the self-monitoring system at full capacity, and “LLC Mshenebeli 2004” planned to complete the installation of the system in November. However, as of November 30, none of these enterprises had applied to the Department of Environmental Supervision for registration in the electronic self-monitoring system.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, according to a letter from the Department of Environmental Supervision dated November 30, “Mega Cement” LLC has yet to apply to the department, which was supposed to complete the installation of the self-monitoring system in October.<\/p>\n

The Ministry has still not received any information from the following enterprises: “Rustavi Steel” LLC and “Georgian Alloys Group” LLC, instead of which the ferroalloys enterprise is currently being run by “Mn Group-2021” LLC.<\/p>\n

As it is clear from the letter, an administrative offence was filed against “Rustavi Steel” and was sent to the Rustavi City Court for review due to non-fulfilment of the obligation to determine the dispersion using the instrumental method.<\/p>\n

And at the ferroalloys enterprise, owned by “LLC RUSALLOYS”, at this stage, the department is currently processing the materials for the planned inspection of the conditions of the environmental decision issued by the order of June 3, 2021, and the state of implementation of the applicable legislation in the field of environmental protection, and the measures of responsibility determined by the current legislation will be carried out against “LLC RUSALLOYS”.<\/p>\n

We remind you that MnChemical Georgia LLC, Heidelberg Cement LLC, Geosteel LLC and Rustavis Azot LLC have adopted the self-monitoring system.<\/p>\n

According to the data of November 30, the process of registration in the electronic system of “Gia 2019” LLC and “Max Import”<\/strong> LLC is underway.<\/p>\n

Additionally, we inform you that 3 enterprises, which also had the obligation to determine the emission of harmful substances by instrumental method, stopped functioning. The following enterprises are LLC Rustavi Metallurgical Plant (Kombinati), LLC \u201cKompoziti\u201d (composite), and LLC “Grail 2008”.<\/p>\n
